4. Always keep your cell phone batteries charged to 100% bar strength since a low signal strength will boost the power output of the phone to the tower transmitters and emit stronger radiation.
5. Do not carry a cell phone on or near the hip for an extended length of time. The hip produces 80% of the body’s red blood cells and is especially vulnerable to EMR damage. Close proximity to the pelvis can also affect fertility.
6. Keep cell phones turned off while in the car. Metal amplifies electromagnetic radiation and turns the car into a radiation cage that affects all passengers whether they’re using the cell phone or not.
7. Severely limit cordless phone use if you are pregnant or when you are near pregnant women. Minimize other EMR exposures to the developing fetus that use ultrasound and electronic fetal monitoring unless absolutely necessary.
