In essence it is virtually akin to the medical posture taken a century or so ago when the surgeons of the day performed their "miracle" in circumstances and places that would thoroughly appall us today. It certainly begs the same question, "could it be that we simply cannot envision the risk, that today's incomplete science blinds us to the truth?" When we look back a century from now will our minds still be as closed or will the revelations make us consider then that which we should have done now, in the 21st Century?
